PRIVACY POLICY
How we handle your personal data
This policy explains what IOINTEGRATED collects through this website, why, for how long, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Who is responsible
The data controller is IOINTEGRATED, SASU, 23 rue du Départ, 75014 Paris, France, RCS Paris 839 657 020. For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights, contact us at helpme@iointegrated.com.
What we collect and why
The only personal data collected on this website is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your work email address, your organisation, and the description of the problem you want to discuss.
We use this data for one purpose: to evaluate your consulting request and reply to you. That includes understanding the situation you describe, assessing whether and how we can help, and contacting you to discuss it.
The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where we keep your details after a first exchange, we rely on our legitimate interest in following up on a request you made (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fields marked as required are needed to process your request. Without them we cannot evaluate it or reply.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and our exchanges about it for 24 months after our last contact, unless the request leads to a contract, in which case the data is kept for the duration of the engagement and the legal retention periods that follow it.
Who receives it
Your data is processed by IOINTEGRATED only. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Our technical service providers, in particular the hosting provider named in the legal notice , may have incidental access to it solely to operate the service, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
The website is hosted by Railway Corporation in its Western Europe region, so the data you submit is stored within the European Union. Railway Corporation is established in the United States; any access from outside the EU is governed by Railway’s data processing agreement, which relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may at any time access the data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, ask us to restrict its processing, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and receive the data you provided in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to the contact address above. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés), at cnil.fr
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement, and embeds no advertising or social-network tracker. When you use the EN/FR switch, your language choice is kept in your browser’s local storage only, so the site opens in that language next time; it is never sent to us. Your browser may also keep ordinary technical data such as cached files, which we neither read nor use.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in proportion to the limited nature of the data collected.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date below indicates the current version.
